2 x                Medium Eggs

120 ml           Semi-Skimmed Milk

12 x                Cupcake Cases

1 x                12 x Silicone Cupcake Baking Tray

2.40 g           De-carboxylated AVB

Cooking Guidelines

1. Pre-heat oven to: Conventional 170 º C.

2. Place #12 x Cupcake Cases into your Silicone Cupcake Baking Tray.

3. In your mixing bowl, empty in the sachet of sponge mix & AVB, add #2 x medium eggs and #120 ml semi-skimmed milk.

4. Mix with a hand mixer or electric whisk until the mixture is smooth.

5. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases.

6. Put them in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes, until risen and golden

7. When they're ready, take them out and leave them to cool on a wire rack.
