Ingredients:

1 teabag (your choice of black tea or lemon tea) per serving.

1 inch of water (just off the boil)

Ice cubes

7 Up Free (or any other lemon-flavored carbonated drink)

1 wedge of lemon per serving.

Instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, allowing them to frost over while you prepare the tea.

Place a teabag (black tea or lemon tea) of your choice and a wedge of lemon into the glass.

Pour #1 inch of water that has just been boiled into the glass, over the teabag.

Let the tea steep for #5 minutes to develop a very strong flavour and dark brown colour.

(Encourage the infusion by stirring the liquid and squeezing the bag and lemon, together, with the back of a long handled spoon if you are using a tall glass.)
