Special Effects
Certainly not over the top in my view. I think what they did worked as needed and did the job without my thinking - oh yeah, that's such and such, that's this or that. So the special affects flowed over me nicely.
Acting
It was good enough that I didn't question what I was watching - that's a benchmark for me.
Memorable Moments
I enjoyed the whole film but two aspects of the movie jumped out at me to mention:
The detail of the fighting scenes I felt was good, particularly when an unfortunate opponent's eye goes askew before meeting their doom, but after that point the part where they are on the rockface path at #01:05:00 hrs mark('ish) and for shortly, thereafter. This section reminds me so much of parts of the Harry Potter spin off franchise - Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. Great film!
